What currency will I actually be charged in?
If your business is in India you pay in ₹ through Razorpay; everywhere else you pay in $ through Stripe. The checkout page always shows the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — anytime, from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges and your paid features run until the end of the period you paid for. Details in the refund policy.
What happens to my site if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic. You get a 7-day grace period to fix the payment; after that your panel becomes read-only until it is sorted. We never delete your website or your data for non-payment.
Do you take a cut when my customers pay me?
Never. Your customers pay into your own gateway account (Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal — yours, not ours) and the money goes straight to your bank. Your gateway’s standard fees apply; we add nothing on top.
Is there a refund if it doesn’t work out?
Your first subscription payment is fully refundable within 7 days — see the Refunds & Cancellations policy. And the free plan means you can try everything important before paying at all.
